A New Way to Think about Value
Value4Value is a monetization model, a content format, and a way of life. It is about freedom and openness, connection and free speech, sound money and censorship resistance. The largest success to date of applied V4V is Podcasting 2.0. Nostr’s zaps are another example.
We believe this is a great mechanism for the podcaster and the listener alike. We have adopted this at “The Ugly Quacking Duck Podcast”. What this means to you is as we grow we will not put our content behind a pay wall. We are going to leave it open to the public. What it means for us here at the podcast is we are relying totally on our listeners. This means the listeners contribute to the show both financially and through volunteering in many different ways.
We enjoy podcasting! We started podcasting as fun. As we continue we hope we are growing as a podcast. Along the way our hopes are to pickup listeners and followers and to share those times.
